What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you complete the onboarding form, we collect the contact and business information you choose to provide. We also receive basic technical information needed to keep the forms secure and working.
How we use it
We use this information to manage enquiries, decide whether the service is a fit, build and manage customer websites, communicate about the work, and protect the forms from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use form submissions for third-party advertising.
Where it is processed
Website submissions are processed and stored through Cloudflare services. Form notifications are delivered to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process data on our behalf so the website and email service can operate.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and onboarding information while we are considering or providing the service, and for a reasonable period afterward when it is needed for normal business or legal records. Test, spam, and information that is no longer needed may be removed sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Emailsupport@getnobswebsites.com.
